Required by unions to guarantee payment of monies to various local union funds (wage, pension, etc)
Requirements
Completed Miscellaneous Bond Application (download)
Business year-end financial statement
Personal financial statement for each owner & spouse (download)
Legal name, residence address & social security number for each owner & spouse
Verification of all cash assets shown on either the personal or business financial statements (copies of bank and/or brokerage house statements will suffice)
Bond form (each union has their own form)
Specific Application / Indemnity Agreement (after bond is approved)
